The Buford Variety Theater is closing.

Over the last 2 ½ years we have enjoyed a growing business in a down economy due to consistant and growing support from our customers and the comedians that perform here. An Open Mic night with humble beginnings of 3 comedians performing for the salt and pepper shakers and two customers, lead to standing room only Wednesdays. Our showroom hosted performances from veteran comedians the likes of Ron “Tater Salad” White, Henry Cho, and Dennis Regan and some of the best lesser known comedians touring today.

Despite our success, due to current conditions in the commercial real estate and credit markets we can no longer continue in this venue.

Saturday, September 3, 2011 9 PM will be our final show.
