Veteran comedian Mark Evans will teach you to:

· Explore your creative side and how to write clean jokes

· Find “The Funny” that already exists in your life

· Perfect your timing and delivery

Have you ever made your friends or family laugh and they tell you that you should be a comedian? Perhaps you have watched several comedians that just don’t seem that funny to you and you are sure that you could do better? Or maybe you want to enhance your public speaking skills for your job? Then this is perfect for you. More importantly, it will be fun!

Everyone has felt the rush you get when you tell a joke or make a funny comment to your friends and crack them up. It really is a great feeling, isn’t it? Well, multiply that feeling by about a thousand and you can feel what we call…..THE THRILL OF THE STAGE!

The workshop will be held at The Buford Variety Theater (BVT) one night a week for four weeks. On the fifth week you and your fellow new comedians will perform the act you have written in front of a live audience. Mark Evans, along with his guest instructor and fellow comedian Al Ernst will pass on their 40 + years of combined comedy knowledge and experience to you. This will be by far, the greatest night of your life!
